’m happy with this video, it was only a 2 day shoot in August 04 - the weather was brilliant and the guys were always out playing frisbee so I thought, why not shoot it? Submitted to the Fresh Film Festival the same year La Retour Au Source was screened.

I saw it as a follow up to rival Free Running, but it didn’t and I think thats why the Festival wasn’t as impressed as they were the year before. Either way, as a video, I enjoyed experimenting with low level shots and pans. I somehow managed to keep the Frisbee in frame, it makes for a good video - technically at-least.
